REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST
Chandler was born and raised in Poetry, near Terrell, and currently resides in Rowlett. Chandler knew from the time she was in high school that she wanted a career in dentistry. Chandler’s passion is getting to know her patients on a more personal level while educating her patients regarding their oral health needs.
Chandler attended Careers in Dental Assisting School and became a registered dental assistant to perform four-handed instrument transfer, take X-rays, and the use of materials and instruments used in endodontics, restorative, crown and bridge, and surgery.
After almost two years as a dental assistant, Chandler decided to pursue her degree in dental hygiene. Chandler obtained her associate’s in dental hygiene from Concorde Career College, where she was the salutatorian of her class. Chandler has her license as a registered dental hygienist in the State of Texas and is currently certified by the American Heart Association in CPR basic life support with automated external defibrillator.
Chandler is also certified by the State of Texas to monitor the administration of nitrous oxide conscious sedation. She enjoys continuing education courses to further her knowledge of dentistry and to stay up to date on new dental protocols and techniques.
In her spare time, Chandler enjoys staying physically active, either at the gym, outdoors, or through dancing, as well as spending time with her husband, David, their family, and their precious puppies, Stella & Tank.
